Jessey Johnson has been an educator in the Kyrene School district for 17 years. In that time, he taught middle school math, served in administration at multiple middle schools, supervised the Kids Club after school program, Montessori Preschool, Early Learning Centers, and ran the CASA Vida home school support program. Currently, he is in his second year as the assistant principal at Kyrene de la Estrella elementary school. Jessey is familiar with the wide array of offerings that the district has including community education, middle school, preschool, and elementary. He is also a graduate of Arizona State and Northern Arizona University (Go Devils!). His children attend Kyrene schools and he is a proud supporter and advocate for the Kyrene School District.
