Learn To Survive The Topsy-Turvy World

All that is going on might cause you to feel a bit overwhelmed. The world might feel a bit off kilter.  I'm focused on people, places, things and actions I can take that are grounding and that will support me in what I'm working to achieve for myself and my clients ~ peace, joy, ease, grace, abundance, and freedom.
 
What helps you achieve your Zen place or relaxed in Mind, Body and Spirit?  Do you do something regularly to decompress, to let every stress thought go on by, just being in the moment without a sense of demand or obligation? 
 
My intuition tells me that you seek some or all of the same things I do. If you're asking the WIIFM question, the 'What's-in-it-for-me? Then, read this... 

1. One sure way to help ground yourself if you feel off kilter is walking barefoot on the lawn. The grass might feel a little rough on your tender feet, but give your feet the opportunity to soak up Mother Earth's energy by standing for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Walk in nature....listen to the birds, notice the scents, animals, etc.
3. Exercise regularly
4. Meditate/yoga 
5. Turn off TV. put down the cell phone, iPad, tablet, etc.
6. Spend leisure time with family and friends.   

This moment is the first moment of the rest of your life. 

Are you willing to take the steps required to claim your happiness, success, fulfillment, and enlightenment? Will you take advantage of the opportunity to create a new reality for your life? 

It's time to SHIFT and get prepared for what's coming up for your life... so I want you to put your heart and soul into paying close attention to how much mental, emotional and physical pain you are in. Then, step by step you can make the SHIFT  gently, easily, and without having to deal with the mental and emotional pain and stress of not knowing what to do, not feeling your best, and all the other OLD WAYS that are holding you back.
