You Are Responsible For Creating The Life You Deserve and Desire

Everyone seems busy, busy and busier and yet some have little to show for their busyness. 

Here is the 'real' problem with all the busyness:

It’s easy to focus on the pile of 'To-Dos' and ignore the most important aspects of life.  Are you ready to hear it?  Take a deep breath. 

Here it is:

Remember to be grateful.

  • Be grateful for the small things as much as the big things. 
  • Be grateful for the negative experiencesThis is an important reminder because WE have choices about what we focus on, believe, think, feel, how we react to situations, people and circumstances in our lives.  WE have free will. 

Many people tell me how grateful they are and within five sentences they are complaining about this, that or something else. 

Hm-m-m being grateful means being grateful for everything--mishaps, disappointments, aggravation, unfairness, etc., because we can learn from it. When we are grateful for everything including something we didn't desire, we are ending that cycle of negative encounters. 

We draw to ourselves that which our energy is putting out. Being grateful for having that energy stops the flow of the negativity. "What you resist persists.* ~Carl Jung   So, when you a complaining about this, that or something, you are focusing on it, thus, drawing more of the same to you. 

You can learn how to live your life through choice instead of happenstance and thereby live with greater peace of mind, ease, comfort and contentment.

This moment is the first moment of the rest of your life. 

Are you willing to take the steps required to claim your happiness, success, fulfillment, and freedom? Will you take advantage of the opportunity to create a new reality for your life? 

It's time to SHIFT and get prepared for what's coming up for your life... so I want you to put your heart and soul into paying close attention to how much mental, emotional and physical pain you are in. Then, step by step you can make the SHIFT gently, easily, and without having to deal with the mental and emotional pain and stress of not knowing what to do, not feeling your best, and all the other OLD WAYS that are holding you back.
