Fresko is Greek for fresh. This is the best way to describe our menu. Our fare is inspired by Eastern Mediterranean countries, but heavily influenced by the Greek heritage of our Chef. Our vision for Fresko is to be your go-to option for thought-free, healthy Mediterranean Greek dining in Ahwatukee Phoenix. We aim to serve the best ingredients possible, including using only pure olive and vegetable oils in our preparations. Our recipes are prepared fresh from scratch with the best of fresh ingredients, we are Healthy with Heart.  We are confident this is the best Mediterranean food Phoenix has ever tasted. At Fresko, we combine passion, well-loved family recipes, and our own take on the fast-casual concept to bring you a truly unique dining experience. With fresh ingredients, we prepare authentic Mediterranean dishes that’ve been passed down through our family and serve them to you in our relaxed, inviting space. We offer a wide selection of meals, from favorites like hummus and chicken plates to spanakopita and moussaka, so whatever you’re craving, we’ll always have your fix. Best of all, our dishes are just as healthy as they are delicious, so you can feel good knowing you’re feeding your body and your soul.


Janna Harris has wide experience in restaurants. Starting as a hostess in her hometown of Oklahoma City, OK. She worked her way through Front of House management, then began programming POS systems. Managing the POS and Inventory systems for 50 restaurants nationwide. She eventually was promoted to the IT Director for 18 restaurants cross-country. Missing the everyday bustle of a restaurant, she completed the pastry program at Le Cordon Bleu and spent the next couple of years running a bakery. However, her entrepreneur spirit won't let her be. Over the years working with different establishments, she realized that the demise of many restaurants were the fine details that owner/operators are missing in the everyday flow. With that, BOH Consulting was born. She imagines a world where 90% of peoples' restaurant dreams don't fail.
