John and his wife, Tammy, are parents to 5 children ranging in age from 12 to 2. They opened The Crypt Escape Rooms in August of 2016 after John had been working as a training consultant for several years. Travelling out of state every week became tiresome, and they began looking for something that would allow John to be home with the family more. After doing some research and visiting other escape rooms, they thought this looked like a fun business and felt they could bring something new and different to the area.
